Food Preparation and Distribution Prepare and cook meals (snacks or other foods) following the menu and standardized recipes provided by the Nutritionist or school administration. Weigh and measure ingredients to ensure proper portion size and quality of snacks. Distribute meals to students or diners at scheduled times, ensuring appropriate serving temperature. Set up the dining hall and tables prior to meals. 2\. Hygiene, Maintenance, and Control Maintain hygiene and preservation of the kitchen, dining hall, utensils, equipment (stoves, refrigerators, etc.), and pantry. Perform proper cleaning, washing, and storage of dishes, pots, and other materials. Observe and comply with all hygiene and food safety standards during food preparation. Properly dispose of food waste and kitchen garbage to prevent insect infestation. 3\.
