Prior experience in customer service Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory); * Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and transportation management systems is desirable; * Proactive, organized, and capable of effective planning; * Strong communication skills (oral and written); * Prior experience in customer service; * Experience in Logistics, Transportation, or International Trade will be considered a plus.
