Guiding customers from the first contact to post-closing **Photography Studio – Campo Bom** **Position: Customer Service / Sales** **Responsibilities:** * Strategic customer service via WhatsApp (focus on conversion) * Proactive sales through phone calls and follow\-up * Guiding customers from the first contact to post\-closing * Onboarding and alignment of information after sale * Supporting organization and operations within the studio * Updating spreadsheets, lead registration, and internal tracking **Requirements:** * Proven experience in customer service and sales * Experience in negotiation and closing deals * Comfort working with targets and commission-based compensation * Strong communication skills and confidence for proactive sales * Organizational skills and discipline in managing processes and spreadsheets **Compensation:** * R$ 1\.700 to R$ 2\.300 (based on experience) * Commission on sales * R$200.00 cost-of-living allowance **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday * 9:15 AM to 12:00 PM \| 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.700,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
