In this role, you will prepare and operate conventional semi-automatic machines, CNC lathes and/or machining centers, as well as load, adjust, and change tools. **\#JoinRandon \#JoinCastertech** **Responsibilities and Duties** Your responsibilities as a Machine Operator will include: * Preparing and operating CNC machines (loading, adjusting, and changing cutting tools); * Preparing and performing setups on equipment; * Performing measurements and ensuring quality of machined products; * Packaging produced items; * Storing manufactured parts in designated locations; * Ensuring workload volume in processes under your responsibility, with focus on quality and productivity; * Keeping equipment, tools, and workplace clean and organized. **Requirements and Qualifications** To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements: * Completed elementary education; * LID course (Reading and Interpretation of Engineering Drawings); * Metrology course.
