Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician for external support, responsible for on-site customer service, network configuration, image installation, and general IT technical support, valuing proactivity and strong communication skills. We are hiring an **IT Technician** to provide support to our customers through external service. The professional will conduct on-site visits directly at customer locations, assisting with application usage, network configuration, image installation and configuration—both at the customer’s site and at our base—as well as providing general IT technical support. We seek someone with relevant technical knowledge, excellent communication skills for customer interaction, organizational awareness, and proactivity.
