**Job Description:**
Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams in industrial, R&D, and operations areas, aligning people management practices with business needs;
Support leaders in performance management, including evaluation cycles, continuous feedback, and individual development plans (IDPs);
Manage organizational climate, engagement, and culture, promoting initiatives aligned with company values;
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, productivity) and propose data-driven strategic actions;
Support change management processes, especially in contexts of growth, technological innovation, and industrial expansion;
Act as a facilitator in conflict resolution and leadership strengthening across industrial units;
Support diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives in the organizational environment.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
Postgraduate degree/MBA in People Management, Business, or related areas (preferred);
Solid experience in Human Resources, with proven track record as a Business Partner;
Experience engaging with leadership teams and providing strategic business support;
Experience in industrial environments (a plus);
Willingness to work in Cruz Alta - RS
