As an IT Assistant, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to users, both on-site and remotely, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks. Your Experience and Qualifications * Technical or undergraduate studies in IT underway \- Prior experience providing technical support to users (on-site and remote) \- Basic knowledge of Microsoft solutions, antivirus, backup, and information security.
