**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Drive and implement development, retention, and internal initiatives aimed at improving organizational climate, ensuring that people management indicators for the business unit align with metrics established by the People & Management department.
* Periodically assess, jointly with all key leaders, process outcomes using performance indicators to ensure compliance with contractual parameters defined for the business unit(s).
* Support the concession contract management area by facilitating all processes interfacing with regulatory agency(ies) and oversight bodies, ensuring timely delivery of all reports, official letters, documents, and data required under contractual commitments.
* Periodically evaluate ombudsman and customer service planning & control indicators, collaborating with customer service teams to develop action plans aimed at eliminating bottlenecks and improving customer satisfaction indices and the reputation score of the business unit(s), including responsibility for addressing specific demands within the scope of operation.
* Define, jointly with all operational leaders, specific goals, action plans, and performance indicators for operational teams to achieve business unit objectives—financial, operational, ESG, compliance, etc.
* Implement, jointly with the SGI (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) department, all occupational safety programs defined for the business unit(s), aiming to eliminate work-related accidents resulting in employee absences, and supporting certification and maintenance of applicable ISO standards.
* Conduct technical site visits, structure quantity take-offs, prepare budgets, and apply best practices to support resource and workforce sizing, contributing to the highway division’s new business area through technical studies, planning, and budgeting for new business opportunities.
* Manage Road Safety processes where applicable, encouraging critical analysis by support teams on accidents and ensuring execution of defined action plans to enhance road safety on the highway(s) under responsibility.
* Develop short-term operational strategies to ensure continuous maintenance and improvement of operational procedures under management.
* Perform compliance and anti-bribery functions, considering that this position and its functional area represent higher-than-low compliance and bribery risk, and activities under control are integrated into the system.
* Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures related to job duties, asset management, service quality, environmental care, road safety, occupational health and safety, as well as consequences of non-compliance.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:**
Education: Civil Engineering or Business Administration;
SAP knowledge;
Traffic and Toll Revenue Management experience;
Highway operations experience;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Valid Driver's License Category B;
Experience in highway operations;
**You Stand Out If You Have:**
Postgraduate degree;
Knowledge of Brazilian standards;
Familiarity with CONTRAN, DNIT, CTB, and Highway Management manuals.
