We are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to join our team and further strengthen our ecosystem of innovation and collaboration. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Providing support, implementation, and monitoring of corporate systems, ensuring excellent end-user service, supporting training activities, and interfacing with vendors and internal IT departments. * Delivering first-level remote and on-site support to end users. * Receiving, logging, tracking, and validating system-related incidents. * Supporting the implementation of new systems and modules. * Assisting in delivering training sessions for end users. * Supporting system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities. * Documenting procedures, manuals, and system workflows. * Collaborating with vendors and third-party teams. * Undertaking occasional travel for support, implementation, or training, as required. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields. **Basic Knowledge in:** * Corporate systems (ERP, management systems, or similar). * End-user support and service delivery. * Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. * Fundamental IT concepts (networks, operating systems, applications). * Proficiency in using software and digital tools. * Prior experience (even academic or internship-based) in systems support or implementation is desirable. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience delivering end-user training. * Exposure to environments involving outsourced IT vendors. * Familiarity with ITIL or industry-standard support practices. * Prior knowledge of system implementation processes.
