Work Location and Schedule On-site, at the Processes and Innovation area, located at the Cooperative’s Administrative Headquarters in Tangará da Serra/MT. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. * Develop RPA automations focused on time savings, error reduction, and continuous process improvement. * Analyze and develop applications using appropriate methodologies and procedures for implementation, aiming to rationalize and/or automate work processes and routines. * Integrate systems via REST and/or SOAP APIs, ensuring robustness and security in solutions. * Ensure compliance with architectural, infrastructure, and operational standards in systems development, guaranteeing security and scalability. * Version and document code using Git/GitLab, ensuring traceability and governance. * Support technical and functional definitions based on business needs, indicating system capabilities and constraints to better define functional and non-functional requirements. * Participate, when necessary, as technical support in process analysis and redesign, applying best practices in BPMN and workflow tools. * Work within multidisciplinary squads, applying agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. * Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to operational and strategic challenges faced by the cooperative. 2512200202551656048
