




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design of AI-powered shopping experiences and the evolution of our subscription platform. Key Highlights: 1. Your mission will be to design AI-powered shopping experiences that are human, intuitive, and intelligent — seamlessly blending brand authenticity with expert guidance so that every visitor feels personally attended to. You will work across both the consumer’s shopping journey and the subscriber’s journey (i.e., the brands using our platform), ensuring both are fluid, strategic, and results-oriented. **About the Role** ------------------- As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end design of two critical journeys: * The shopping experience, where consumers interact with AI assistants to discover products through conversational, brand-aligned interactions. * The subscriber experience, where brands configure, monitor, and evolve their AI-powered sales channel within our platform. You will operate at the intersection of Product and Front/Back\-end Development, transforming complex AI capabilities into simple, elegant, and conversion-oriented experiences. We seek someone with strategic thinking, systemic vision, UX excellence, and the ability to connect business goals to meaningful experiences. **What You’ll Do** ------------------------ ### **1\. Build AI-powered shopping experiences** You will design conversational e\-commerce journeys via chat interfaces that convey trust, brand identity, and intelligence. * Create user-centered flows and interfaces for conversational shopping experiences. * Translate our brand’s identity, voice, and positioning into consistent, high-quality digital experiences. * Develop new AI-powered product presentation formats — from dynamic layouts and smart cards to adaptive navigation experiences. * Prototype and test interaction models that balance automation, personalization, and transparency. * Continuously evolve the experience based on research, usability testing, behavioral data, and conversion metrics. * Define and track KPIs in partnership with Product and Front/Back\-end Development. ### **2\. Evolve the subscriber experience** You will be responsible for making the management of the subscriber’s AI and data platform simple and intuitive. * Create intuitive onboarding, assistant configuration, API integration, and AI environment management flows. * Design clear, actionable dashboards for performance tracking, ROI monitoring, and optimization opportunities. * Translate complex concepts (e.g., AI configuration, segmentation, analytics, and automations) into understandable, strategic interfaces. * Continuously improve all subscriber touchpoints — dashboard, insights, configuration, billing, and support. * Collaborate with Growth and Customer Success to embed educational moments within the product (contextual tips, success milestones, learning content). * Conduct interviews and usability tests with subscribers to identify friction points, improvement opportunities, and metric validation. * Define and track adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics jointly with Product. * Ensure usability, performance, and accessibility are embedded in every deliverable. **What We’re Looking For** ------------------ * Proven experience designing complex digital products (SaaS, B2B, B2C, or platforms). * Demonstrated ability to design full journeys — from discovery to activation and optimization. * Strong UX foundation paired with excellence in visual and interaction design. * Experience closely collaborating with Engineering and influencing product decisions. * Hands-on experience with data-driven interfaces (dashboards, reporting tools, configuration systems). * Experience conducting research, usability testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement. * Systems thinking and the ability to integrate multiple journeys into a cohesive experience. * Genuine interest in AI, conversational interfaces, and emerging commerce models. * Clear communication and the ability to strategically justify design decisions. **What Success Looks Like in This Role** --------------------------------- * Intelligent, authentic shopping experiences with high conversion rates. * Subscribers who feel confident and empowered using the platform. * Consistent growth in adoption, engagement, and performance. * An integrated experience bridging consumer and subscriber journeys. * A platform perceived as human, transparent, and innovative. **PJ BENEFITS:** Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Gympass (including family members); High-quality work equipment; Birthday day off; Education Allowance (language courses, short/mid-term courses, and postgraduate programs); 30 days paid leave; Flexwork; Personalized Individual Development Plan and biannual performance program to accelerate your career.
