We value teamwork, respect for people and the environment, and collaboration for collective growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) focused on Corporate Security; * Collect, process, structure, and analyze data related to incidents, risks, access, losses, and security events; * Apply statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in security data; * Create clear and objective analytical visualizations to support strategic and operational decision-making; * Automate managerial and executive reports for the Security department; * Support managers and partner departments in defining, monitoring, and evolving security metrics and indicators; * Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and reliability; * Document processes, indicators, methodologies, and developed BI solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and indicator management; * Knowledge of descriptive statistics and metric analysis; * Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis (JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Python); * Experience with databases, including NoSQL and SQL modeling and querying; * Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar); * Experience creating dashboards, reports, and managerial presentations; * Experience implementing cloud-based solutions (Google Cloud, Azure Cloud, and AWS Cloud); * Basic English proficiency; * Knowledge of Corporate or Asset Security indicators is considered a plus. **Additional Information** * **Meal Allowance:** For your daily meals with greater peace of mind; * **Transportation Allowance:** To facilitate your commute conveniently and economically; * **Health Insurance Plan:** To care for your health and well-being; * **Life Insurance:** Security for you and your family; * **Wellhub:** To support your physical and mental well-being. **Construcap** is one of the ten largest construction companies in Brazil, operating in heavy construction, electromechanical installation, and industrial and commercial markets.
