Then your team is Artificial Intelligence. Here, you’ll work on projects and products related to Aura, Vivo’s Artificial Intelligence platform. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to research and create, develop and consolidate the future roadmap and product backlog for Aura—the AI platform of Vivo—and its various projects, while measuring and ensuring our products deliver solid results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead high-complexity projects, from ideation through production delivery to the customer; * Oversee the entire project lifecycle (estimation, planning, development, testing, deployment, post-production, and handover to support); * Lead ingestion projects for new content into Big Data environments, including mapping, supporting solution definition, testing, and communicating with business areas; * Collaborate and coordinate across multiple departments, stakeholders, external partners, and vendors; * Discuss technical solutions for projects with the engineering team, proposing innovative, efficient, and competitive solutions; * Actively resolve issues, pending items, and blockers that jeopardize the project schedule; * Facilitate interaction between the Dev Team and the Product Owner (P.O.). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced knowledge in at least two programming languages: Node.js, Python, Java, React, C++, etc.; * Experience developing containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes); * Knowledge of Design Patterns and best practices for building resilient applications; * Advanced proficiency in Git as Source Control Management (SCM); * Experience designing network architecture to centralize or decentralize data, and developing backend systems according to blockchain protocols—preferred; * Advanced knowledge of Microservices-based architecture and cloud-based system development; * Knowledge of the full software engineering lifecycle; * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices; * Knowledge of DevOps concepts (CI/CD, standards and processes), related technologies, and scripting (e.g., Shell/Bash script, Chef, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.); * Knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts, technologies, and use of cloud services on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud; * Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL—CouchDB, MongoDB, etc.); * Knowledge of Analytics and Big Data technologies (solutions using Spark, HBase, Kafka, Hive, etc.); * Knowledge of mobile and frontend development; * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and libraries, including Machine Learning and modeling; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience building and developing AI Agents and orchestrators (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, etc.); * Advanced English and Spanish; * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Additional Information** See what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees—not just excellent benefits, but flexible ones too. • Choose the ideal benefit for you and your dependents via a digital platform offering multiple categories: Gym, VR, VA, Pharmacy Assistance, Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, and Life Insurance; • Corporate mobile phone.
