




Job Summary: The professional will provide customer service via phone and email for reservation requests, negotiations, and modifications, as well as interact with hotels and travel operators. Communication with travel operators **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide phone and email support for new reservation requests; Contact hotels to negotiate waivers for out-of-policy reservation cancellations; Call hotels to negotiate changes to reservation dates and/or accommodations according to justified reasons; Answer calls from travel operators regarding reservation modifications and/or cancellations; Draft emails in accordance with the unit's service standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Experience in customer service; Fluent English proficiency at C1 level (will be tested during interview and assessment). **WORK SCHEDULE:** Remote work – Rotating 5×2 schedule – 2 days off per week **BENEFITS:** Medical and dental assistance, performance bonus (R$ 280.00\), childcare allowance.
