Job Summary: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing deliveries, optimizing routes, supervising drivers, and assembling teams to ensure smooth operational flow. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery management and optimization 2. Coordination and supervision of driver teams 3. Logistics forecasting and planning Based on historical data, forecast the number of packages to be delivered. Plan deliveries for the area and determine the required number of delivery personnel. Schedule product deliveries, assign tasks to drivers, and manage driver performance. Responsible for receiving/delivering, inspecting, and returning products. Select the appropriate delivery method according to the order. Track products en route and monitor real-time delivery status; confirm deliveries and promptly report any issues encountered. Assemble and manage the delivery team, ensure normal delivery operations, and handle delivery-related anomalies. Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
