Assistance with reports, instructions, and documentation * **Job\-ID:** V000011232 * **Location:** Donawitz, Kapfenberg * **Start Date:** As soon as possible * **Employment Type:** Full-time * **Employee Referral Program:** Yes Your Responsibilities ------------- * You support existing IT\-workstations and advise customers in office and production environments regarding IT\-workstation equipment, mobile devices, and telephony * Responsibility for initiating, detailed planning, and execution of IT\-workplace assignments, including coordination of follow-up IT processes and processing service requests in the ticketing system * Central interface between internal departments and customers, as well as external service providers * You also assist IT technicians in preparing reports and maintaining instructions and training materials * Detailed documentation of equipment and performed work in the corporate IT asset management and license management systems is also part of your responsibilities Your Profile ---------- * Completed technical education (apprenticeship/HTL) and sound technical understanding of IT\-services/products, infrastructure, and end-user devices * Basic knowledge of desktop environments, Microsoft Windows client operating systems, and Microsoft Office is advantageous * Your friendly attitude toward customers and colleagues contributes to smooth collaboration, enabling sustainable joint solutions to requirements * Driver's license class B for occasional business trips What We Offer -------------- **Compensation and Benefits:** The collective agreement minimum gross salary for this position is €2\.473,00 (paid 14 times per year).
