The professional will support the kitchen's daily operational routine, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and efficiency in dish preparation. **Responsibilities** * Assist in pre\-preparation, cutting, and organization of ingredients * Support chefs and sushi chefs during service * Assemble simple dishes and assist in finalization * Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards * Clean utensils, equipment, and work surfaces * Manage and organize basic inventory (daily-use supplies) * Follow the restaurant's internal standards and procedures **Requirements** Proven experience as a kitchen assistant **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meals on site, health insurance (after contract commencement) **Weekly Working Hours:** 44 hours **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.967,91 per month Benefits: * Transportation\-allowance
