Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and operating security systems to ensure asset protection and compliance with the company's internal regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Security monitoring via cameras and alarm control center. 2. Assistance in incidents and communication with emergency response teams. 3. File organization and maintenance of radio equipment. * Evaluate, comply with, and require all employees to comply with asset security regulations as stipulated; * Monitor images generated by strategically placed security cameras across the industrial park and at the operations center to identify incidents; * Report observed incidents at the operations center to asset security personnel and simultaneously notify the relevant department so that joint corrective actions can be taken; * Support incident response through security camera monitoring, radio system, telephone, and other means as required; * Respond to alarms from the alarm control center installed at the operations center, identify the alarm source, and notify both the affected area and asset security; * Deactivate and reactivate alarms after incident resolution, including those related to fire, temperature, humidity, and other cases; * Respond to gatehouse requests to activate or deactivate the presence sensor installed on the factory’s exterior, based on security guard movements, ensuring this system remains active; * Operate radio transmitters and answer telephone calls, requesting assistance from Fire Department, Police, and Hospitals when necessary due to incidents; * Record incidents occurring during the shift, noting irregularities, authorizations, and permissions for review by the lead security guard; * Maintain the radio system operational by charging batteries and distributing equipment among team members; * Organize and maintain area-specific security files, such as material entry/exit logs, contractor records, visitor registration sheets, and others; * Act in accordance with the company’s occupational safety regulations and ensure their observance; * Comply with specifications outlined in quality documentation; * Participate in corporate development programs as requested; * Maintain order, cleanliness of machinery, equipment, and work environment. Support colleagues in the security area (security guards, watchmen, administrative assistants), reporting to the lead security guard.
