Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product/service compliance with established standards. Conduct quality inspections and tests at various stages of the production process. Analyze quality control data and prepare reports, identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in internal and external quality-related audits. Maintain records and documentation for the quality management system. Propose and monitor team training and capacity-building initiatives. ? Required Knowledge Knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of quality indicators. Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and act proactively. Familiarity with quality standards and regulations. ? Specific Knowledge Postgraduate degree or MBA in Quality Management is a plus. Industry experience is a plus. Knowledge of quality management systems (ERP, MES, LIMS) is a plus. Quality certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Internal Auditor are a plus. ?
