Assist project management in preparing and finalizing measurements, supporting site inspections and confirmation of executed works through calculation records and photographic reports. Support the acceptance of works within established quality standards and current regulations, conducting routine inspections and detailed evaluations between design, standards, procedures, and field execution. Assist companies on technical and operational matters. Support third-party teams responsible for environmental monitoring and occupational safety in complying with laws, regulations, and internal procedures. Support your immediate supervisor in managing time sheets, overtime banks, vacations, leaves, and other people management processes, collecting and controlling employee-related data.
