Issue quality records when necessary, such as non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, and design modifications. Conduct inspections for receiving materials, suppliers, plants, and laboratories. Monitor and analyze technological control test results from contractors, and perform monitoring controls and their frequency, such as control charts, sketches, mappings, and other tools. Support construction management in meeting the physical-financial schedule of projects by regularly verifying execution deadlines and costs. Assist construction management in preparing and closing measurements, supporting field inspections and confirmation of executed services through calculation records and photographic reports. Support the acceptance of works within current quality standards and regulations, conducting routine inspections and thorough evaluations between project, standards, procedures, and field execution. Assist companies on technical and operational matters. Support environmental and occupational safety monitoring teams regarding compliance with laws, regulations, and internal procedures. Support your immediate supervisor in managing time sheets, overtime banks, vacations, leaves, and other people management processes, collecting and controlling employee-related data. This employee is also responsible for performing compliance and anti-bribery functions, considering that the position and area they are assigned to represent a higher than low compliance and bribery risk, and the activities under their control are part of the Motiva Group's compliance and anti-bribery management system, in accordance with ABNT NBR ISO37301 and ISO37001. The employee is required to complete mandatory declarations and carry out specific training assigned by the Motiva Group based on their job activities. **Requirements and qualifications** **Responsibilities and duties:** Support the execution of quality processes, ensuring compliance with the Testing Plan and Quality Plan.
