After all, it is 100% Brazilian—and crafted by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work at points of sale, performing shelf replenishment, organization, cleaning, and strategic placement of Ypê products to boost sales. * Approach consumers to increase direct sales and disseminate knowledge about Ypê products, delivering technical product information to consumers and clarifying their questions. * Execute campaigns, ensuring customer understanding and engagement with MPDVs (merchandising materials) and creative extra-end displays, aligned with the company’s strategy. * Implement practical actions to enhance company appreciation (its values and brand), promote best execution practices, and expand customer relationships to ensure successful negotiations. * Replenish products, prioritizing items with the highest stock-out rates, following guidance from the Execution Guide, and price them accordingly. * Conduct cross-merchandising activations, displaying products according to consumption occasions. * Monitor points of sale by conducting daily mobile-based execution audits and reporting competitor activities, new product launches, MPDVs, campaigns, and other relevant insights to the immediate supervisor—providing actionable intelligence for company decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Prior experience as a sales promoter in the consumer goods sector is desirable. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * PPR — Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
