Then join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify and approach new potential customers through market research, social media, e\-mails, phone calls, and other outbound marketing strategies. * Evaluate and qualify leads to determine their business potential, ensuring they meet the criteria established by the sales team. * Schedule meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives to discuss customer needs and present solutions. * Maintain and update the sales pipeline, recording all interactions with leads and tracking progress through to conversion. * Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide feedback on the effectiveness of prospecting strategies. * Generate regular reports on prospecting activities and achieved results, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. * Conduct client visits, either individually or accompanied by Bertolini representatives, to introduce the company, seek business opportunities, enter new markets, and position the company as a solutions provider. * Interact with the internal order, project, and quotation teams, providing technical or administrative guidance on work requests to optimize deliveries and business generation opportunities. * Manage opportunities assigned to the employee in the CRM tool to ensure appropriate progress in processes, aiming for optimal customer service. * Interact with the marketing department, providing information on negotiated projects and success cases to generate publicity and reinforce the brand. * Propose and implement innovations and improvements to processes within the employee’s area of responsibility, evaluating results against company objectives and/or strategies. * Comply with company policies, quality standards, and occupational safety procedures. * Perform additional duties of similar nature and complexity as established for the position, respecting the scope of responsibilities, according to departmental needs and/or immediate supervisor’s requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate product or service value * Experience with CRM tools and other sales technologies for lead management and progress tracking. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); Health insurance; Comprehensive dental plan; On-site medical, dental, and outpatient care; Meals (on-site cafeteria offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner); Transportation allowance; Comprehensive life insurance; Birthday gift; Christmas basket; 15-minute daily reduction in working hours; Various partnerships (nutritional and psychological support, plus medical clinics, educational institutions, and others); Infrastructure (parking, mini-market, kiosk, soccer fields, and beach volleyball court); Purchase of company products at special rates.
