**Job Description**

* Act simply, swiftly, and efficiently to implement actions focused on ensuring good zootechnical and economic results in the Slaughter process, reducing performance variability among integrated producers, recovering suboptimal performance, and stabilizing results achieved by extensionists and integrated producers—upholding principles of animal health, safety, sustainability, and welfare.
* Lead rural extension teams independently (Extension Technicians, Extension Agents, Environmental Extension Agents, Field Veterinarians) and/or in partnership with the Agricultural Management team (Harvest Technicians, Expansion Agents, and Plant Veterinarians).
* Train the extension team on the Production Manuals for the Poultry and/or Swine Value Chains to execute their activities within the integration system.
* Verify whether the extension team is implementing field procedures outlined in the Poultry and/or Swine Value Chain Production Manuals, monitoring activities three days per week.
* Prioritize and address non-conformities related to losses in agro-industrial processes.
* Manage and lead training pathways for new extension agents and agricultural interns, as described in the Sustainability and Rural Extension Element – Training Pathways.
**Academic Qualifications**

* Completed undergraduate degree.
+ Degree in Agricultural Sciences (Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science); or undergraduate degree in other fields (Administration, Economics, Accounting) plus technical training in agriculture (Agricultural Technician, Agricultural Technician, Agribusiness Technician).
