Carry out low-complexity activities related to order management and support for logistics and commercial areas in executing schedules; manage and update departmental reports to ensure visibility of key performance indicators; support analysts in order-related matters, cadence management, and scheduling, in order to generate structured discussions that will underpin decision-making regarding product commercialization. **Responsibilities and Duties** Enter orders; assist in preparing and registering fuel purchase and sales orders via spreadsheets/ERP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines; Perform financial monitoring, tracking payments and receipts to guarantee proper settlement of transactions; Ensure document organization, maintaining operation-related records and documents properly filed and readily accessible to facilitate audits and verifications; Prepare order reports, developing and updating loading reports with essential transportation information (loading/unloading); Address operational bottlenecks by identifying and resolving potential constraints, collaborating closely with all stakeholders—including suppliers, customers, and transport companies; Provide general support, assisting with daily activities in the origination department, including administrative tasks, internal and external communications, and other duties as required; Monitor scheduled deliveries and cadences; Support analysts in account management; Manage truck and fleet scheduling platforms in coordination with the logistics team to ensure smooth workflow and prevent operational disruptions or loading delays; Consolidate CIF and FOB cadences; Monitor Long & Short positions (Derivatives and Biofuels). **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree.
