Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Planning and Performance Analyst to structure, analyze, and optimize processes, ensuring result predictability and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Continuously improve lead acquisition and conversion We are looking for a Commercial Planning and Performance Analyst to support the structuring, analysis, and optimization of processes, ensuring result predictability through goal management, forecast development, data intelligence, and continuous improvement of lead acquisition and conversion. Responsibilities: * Support the definition and deployment of goals by course, unit, and channel; monitor goal vs. actual performance; and make adjustments based on seasonality and performance. * Develop forecasts for leads, enrollments, and revenue using historical conversion rates and scenario modeling. * Manage and qualify the database, ensuring data integrity, standardization, and timely updates in the CRM. * Monitor commercial performance indicators (conversion rate, average ticket, discounts, aging, and channel performance), identify deviations, and propose action plans. * Conduct market analyses, mapping competitors, regional potential, trends, and market share to support commercial strategies. * Review and optimize the commercial funnel, identifying bottlenecks and proposing structural improvements. * Organize the distribution and prioritization of qualified leads, adjusting criteria jointly with the commercial team. * Plan and execute demand-generation activities (including bulk messaging via WhatsApp API) and monitor their results. * Lead weekly commercial meetings focused on KPI analysis and strategic direction. Requirements: * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * CRM experience. * Knowledge of commercial metrics. * Basic data analysis skills. * Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Experience with WhatsApp API messaging is desirable.
