This apprenticeship program offers young people the opportunity to work in administrative routines, develop skills, and attend a qualification course in partnership with IEL.

**Description:**
**Mandatory Requirements:**
Aged between 18 and 23 years;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Availability to work either in the morning or afternoon shift;
High school (currently enrolled or completed) or currently pursuing higher education;
Compliance with the work schedule (4 hours/day) at the workplace as well as during the course;
Attendance at the qualification course guided by the partner institution, IEL (twice per week).
**Desirable:**
Interest in administrative routines.
**Note:**
After hiring, the apprentice will undertake an apprenticeship program.
This program complies with legal apprenticeship regulations, integrating professional training and work.
Assist in various administrative activities within the department;
Support the organization of physical and electronic document archives;
Assist with spreadsheets and data entry into departmental systems;
Receive service requests and respond to them or forward them if outside one's scope of responsibility;
Demonstrate initiative and contribute to the smooth operation of one's assigned area;
Ensure proper storage and preservation of documents;
Support internal and external customer service;
And other related tasks within the department.
