Job Summary: Proxxima is seeking a dynamic and proactive Network Inspector with an affinity for technology and teamwork to ensure the proper functioning and expansion of fiber optic networks. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy teamwork, value people, are dynamic, and committed to continuous improvement, join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the proper functioning of the quality management system; * Monitor the execution of expansion projects; * Inspect existing fiber optic networks; * Inspect the construction of new networks and expansions of FTTH, FTTx, GPON, BACKBONE, and tower projects; * Monitor the construction and execution of building cabling projects; * Supervise activities according to priority order; * Supervise the team and monitor team performance; * Collect data for the preparation of management charts; * Address and track pending items; * Supervise splices at CTOs and CEOs, as well as DIO assembly; * Monitor POP and DATACENTER setup; * Identify opportunities for improvement in field execution and guide and monitor correct activity execution; * Assess required tools for project execution; * Assist in material delivery and control for field execution teams; * Inspect sections designated for pole installation; * Ensure efficient use of resources (tools, PPE, consumables, etc.) to promote cost savings; * Assist in FTTH network documentation; * Guide third-party teams on correct execution of their activities (in accordance with Proxxima standards and applicable regulations); * Perform other duties related to the position, as determined by supervision and management; * Understand and comply with quality policy guidelines; * Understand and comply with normative procedures relevant to your role and department; * Organize individual or shared workspaces. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory prerequisites:** * Completed High School education; * Driver's license category B; * Availability for travel. **Desirable prerequisites:** * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Teamwork ability; * Communicative profile; * Dynamic profile; * Course in FTTH projects or equivalent field; * Experience in FTTX network deployment and POP setup. **Additional Information** **Area of Activity:** NETWORK INSPECTOR **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week, from **Monday to Friday** **Employment Type:** CLT – **On-site** **Benefits that make a difference for you!** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance Health Insurance (60% covered) SulAmérica Dental Plan Life Insurance Partnerships with educational institutions Access to SESI (all regional units) Access to SESC (Garanhuns \- PE) \#SOMOSPROXXIMA Since 2021, our mission has been to **bring people closer to their desires**, delivering innovative solutions that improve lives and generate value for society.
