Candidates must have prior experience in this field and leadership skills to coordinate teams and ensure operational efficiency. * Monitor material inflow and outflow in the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy * Conduct periodic inventories to verify quantities and condition of stored materials * Maintain warehouse organization, ensuring materials are properly labeled and stored * Receive and inspect materials delivered by suppliers, verifying compliance with purchase orders * Prepare inventory control reports, identifying discrepancies and proposing process improvements * Monitor expiration dates of stored materials to prevent losses due to expiry * Perform internal material movement, fulfilling requests from internal company departments * Ensure warehouse safety, enforcing safety regulations and accident prevention measures * Participate in internal and external audits, providing required information and documentation
