All our opportunities are also open to professionals with disabilities. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS** * Conduct consultative sales of drywall, ceilings, metal profiles, and other dry construction materials, ensuring excellent service and delivering the best possible customer experience; * Prospect new customers—including installers, builders, and distributors—through internal and external outreach, offering technical and commercial solutions tailored to their needs; * Monitor daily sales performance using our tools and technologies to plan and optimize the sales process; * Be part of the customer's entire journey with close, personalized support before and after the sale; * Build and maintain a solid customer portfolio, focusing on relationship building and loyalty; * Analyze customer scenarios and propose strategic actions to increase productivity and deliver results. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience in consultative sales, preferably in **Drywall** or technical solutions; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (preferably in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields); * Familiarity with basic digital tools; * Strong communication and negotiation skills. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Compensation: Fixed Salary + Commission **Benefits Package:** * Meal Allowance; * Dental Plan; * Health Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Espaço Smart University; * Maternity Kit; * WellHub (Gympass). **MISSION, VISION & VALUES** Mission We were founded with a mission to transform Brazil's civil construction industry by marketing products and services that promote industrialization and sustainability in construction.
