We believe in promoting our values through our brands, people, and products—advocating inclusion, the "do-it-yourself" culture, and "eco-friendly" practices via green and shared economy initiatives, generating wealth while caring for nature—not only through our services but also through the engagement of our employees, franchisees, and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** · Conduct geomarketing studies to identify optimal locations for new stores and guide franchisees in selecting commercial sites. · Provide direct support to new franchisees in evaluating and analyzing commercial locations. · Record and closely monitor all interactions and processes within departmental management. · Develop innovative onboarding materials and approaches based on franchisee feedback and needs. · Oversee the entire new store implementation process, ensuring adherence to network standards and minimizing errors. · Welcome and guide new franchisees from onboarding through store opening, ensuring engagement and timely execution. · Mediate between franchisees and franchisor departments to accelerate store implementation. · Guarantee standardization and efficiency across all stages of new store opening. · Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with investors and real estate partners to enable new expansion projects. · Identify and map real estate opportunities in strategic regions aligned with the company’s expansion plan, ensuring alignment with network requirements. · Negotiate new commercial locations with landlords and shopping malls, securing favorable terms aligned with network goals. · Work on projects considering location, accessibility, economic/financial viability, and compliance with licenses and documentation. · Create and present materials detailing opportunities and proposals for new commercial locations to the immediate supervisor. · Contribute to maintaining a healthy work environment and propose continuous improvements. · Contribute ideas and proposals for innovative process enhancements. · Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **On-site work in Intermares (Cabedelo\-PB)** **What We’re Looking For:** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields · Effective communication skills · Organization and planning abilities · Relationship management skills · Critical thinking · Problem-solving skills · Customer orientation · Knowledge of geomarketing · Training capability · Flexibility and adaptability · Teamwork **Preferred Qualifications:** · Experience in onboarding · Knowledge of expansion processes · Negotiation skills · Multitasking ability · Empathy and emotional intelligence · Data analysis capability **Benefits:** · Meal allowance · Transportation allowance or mobility assistance · Laundry credit (60 Minutes) · Life insurance · Medical assistance – telemedicine · Weelhub (formerly Gympass) · Well-being allowance: psychologist and nutritionist services Salary negotiable/market-competitive Employment type: Full-time CLT Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work on-site in Intermares (Cabedelo\-PB)? * Are you available to start immediately? * What is your expected salary?
