Guaraves Group | Guarabira - PB | On-site Job Description The Billing Clerk is responsible for issuing, verifying, and controlling invoices, ensuring that documents comply with fiscal and tax requirements. This role supports the finance and accounting departments, guaranteeing accurate documentation of the company's commercial operations. Responsibilities and Duties * Issue and verify sales, transfer, return, and other fiscal invoices and documents. * Calculate taxes applicable to transactions (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS, among others). * Verify sales orders and customer registration data to ensure information accuracy. * Control bills and invoices, sending them to customers within established deadlines. * Keep the management system updated with fiscal and financial operation data. * Assist in resolving pending matters with fiscal and accounting authorities. * Ensure compliance of the company's fiscal and tax processes. * Archive fiscal documents and maintain organized records. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in this role or related areas. * Knowledge of fiscal and tax legislation. * Familiarity with electronic invoicing systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Desirable Requirements * Experience with ERP systems. * Experience in accounting or finance sectors. * Additional courses in the fiscal area.
