Your role will be to bring our solutions to market, strengthen partnerships, and ensure consistent results. * Conduct in-person external sales in Guarabira and nearby cities. * Prospect new customers and activate opportunities within the region. * Service and retain the existing customer portfolio. * Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and negotiations. * Monitor orders, delivery deadlines, and after-sales support. * Update visit reports and performance results in CRM/spreadsheets. * Contribute ideas to expand brand presence in the region. * And other duties associated with the role. Requirements: **Prerequisites:** * Prior experience as an External Sales Representative / Commercial Representative. * Experience in face-to-face or door-to-door sales. * Residency in Guarabira or nearby areas, with easy commuting access. * Availability for 100% on-site work and daily customer visits. * Negotiation skills, clear communication, and goal-oriented mindset. * Valid driver's license and availability for short regional trips. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in consumer goods, retail, or distribution sectors. * Familiarity with routes in the Guarabira region and surrounding areas. * Basic knowledge of sales tracking using spreadsheets. * Teamwork orientation. * And other duties associated with the role.
