Responsibility: Lead teams to achieve targets with productivity and quality.
Functions: Ensure compliance with current procedures and projects; inspect construction work by phase; ensure technological control of houses; ensure execution of house schedules; monitor and control material consumption for houses; conduct 5S and safety patrols; educate and train employees; develop masons' leadership skills; conduct performance evaluations; ensure maintenance of tools and equipment provided by the company. Support complementary activities (technical assistance, revitalization of developments/construction sites, and infrastructure services). Reading and interpretation of project drawings.
Education: Technical degree in Building Construction or currently pursuing a Civil Engineering degree.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in a leadership role.
