




**Responsibilities:** Coordinate with the billing department, receive and verify import invoices, pick and pack items for dispatch, organize boxes, and assist with loading. Update internal records, maintain an organized inventory, and support administrative tasks within the department. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or inventory management (preferred); * Basic knowledge of electronic invoices (NF-e) — reading and verification — will be considered a plus; * Basic Excel proficiency; * Must reside in Pedreira or nearby cities. **Working hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
