Leadership in projects and influence on decisions **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** This position is responsible for mapping and implementing changes that enhance operational efficiency through internal tools and methodologies, as well as continuous improvement. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Experience with operational management systems. * Lean / Six Sigma certifications. * Experience in logistics operations or Supply Chain. * Experience managing operational training programs. * Preferred: Intermediate English and Spanish **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will find:** * Manage processes, identifying opportunities for operational improvement using continuous improvement methodologies. * Map processes and redesign them as needed or when opportunities arise. * Analyze data to support decision-making. * Manage projects within operations. * Participate in internal committees, influencing decisions. * Identify problems and propose improvements to achieve operational efficiency. * Observe scenarios and develop action plans aligned with priorities. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
