Join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Technologist program in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Systems Analysis and Development, or related IT fields; * Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networks; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to intern 6 hours/day — from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM; * Availability for non-mandatory internship; * Relevant coursework is a plus; * Availability to intern in person in Itapira/SP **Requirements and qualifications** * Assist users (in person or remotely), helping with ticket triage and resolving basic connectivity, email, and system issues; * Support formatting, installation, and configuration of corporate computers, notebooks, printers, and smartphones; * Assist with basic user administration and monitoring of network assets and servers.
