After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support production line operations by providing technical assistance to operators in adjusting production parameters, performing version changes (setups), monitoring and verifying completion of the Standard Work Procedure (SWP), supporting preparation of anomaly reports, and other related activities to ensure smooth production process operation. * Support supervision by assisting in production line management to guarantee on-time deliveries. * Assist in employee engagement and facilitate implementation of TPM initiatives on the production line, providing support in identifying anomalies in machines and equipment, issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags, and handling related actions. Open SSMA Reports (behavioral observations) and Non-Conformities, and participate in Productivity Meetings and Pre/Post PCM meetings when requested, aiming to maximize equipment and production process productivity and efficiency. * Train and qualify other employees, as well as support identification of operational training opportunities within the area, to promote dissemination of operational knowledge among team members. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation in compliance with the company’s SSMA policies, comprehending environmental impacts and risks, and familiarize oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma — Mandatory; * Experience in Blow Molding or Injection Molding processes — Mandatory; * NR-1: General Provisions and Occupational Risk Management — Desirable; * NR-6: Personal Protective Equipment — Desirable; * NR-12: Workplace Safety in Machinery and Equipment — Desirable; * NR-17: Ergonomics — Desirable; * NR-25: Industrial Waste — Desirable; * NR-26: Safety Signage — Desirable; * LOTO — Desirable; * TPM Methodology — Desirable; * Mechanical Problem Solving — Desirable; **Worth noting:** Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 AM to 1:20 PM. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
