After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***"Work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support production line operations by providing technical assistance to operators in adjusting production parameters, performing version changes (setups), monitoring and verifying completion of Standard Work Procedures (SWP), supporting anomaly reporting, and other related activities — all to ensure smooth production process operation. * Support supervision by assisting in managing production lines to guarantee timely deliveries. * Assist in employee engagement and facilitate implementation of TPM initiatives on the production line, supporting identification of machine and equipment anomalies, issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags, and handling related actions.
