We focus on research and development of innovative solutions aimed at contributing to more sustainable, healthy, and regenerative agriculture. **Mission:** Support production planning, control, and closure. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform routine preparation of materials, reagents, and culture media; Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of the quality laboratory; Verify compliance of activities with established procedures and work instructions; Ensure quality records are properly completed; Conduct environmental monitoring during cleaning processes; Check labeling of various packaging types at all stages of the product process; Collect, identify, and control counter-samples of products and processes; Complete Quality Inspection checklists; Prepare weekly inspection control reports; Verify operational team personnel protective equipment (PPE) compliance; Support production departments in identifying product non-conformities and completing quality records; Conduct GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and 5S audits in operational areas; Inspect and dispose of damaged finished products received from warehouses or customer returns; Inspect: receipt of packaging, raw materials, inputs, and finished products; Develop standardized documents for inspection breakdown and follow-up; Guide operational teams on required standards; And other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To apply, you must:** * Preferably hold a degree in or be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Quality Control/Microbiology; * Knowledge of quality management systems and familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) preferred; * Familiarity with 5S practices; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Fuel assistance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Childcare assistance; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Gympass; * Pharmacy discount program; * Education institution partnership discounts.
