**About the Position** The Strategic Logistics Analyst role aims to strengthen the operational efficiency and analytical intelligence of the logistics department, promoting automation, cost reduction, and improved accuracy in strategic decision-making. This professional will work closely with regional and corporate teams, transforming data into insights that support tactical and executive management. **Main Responsibilities** * Automate routines and reports, reducing up to 30% of manual task execution time (using Python, Power BI, and VBA); * Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs and operational indicators, ensuring continuous performance tracking; * Perform predictive analyses of demand, routes, and input consumption, optimizing inventory and resources; * Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements; * Generate strategic insights to support tactical and executive decisions; * Participate in performance meetings and provide analytical support to regional management; * Lead and monitor continuous improvement projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (candidates currently completing their degree will also be considered); * Previous experience in logistics analysis, operational planning, or BI; * Knowledge of data automation and analysis tools (advanced Excel, Google Sheets); * Experience with logistics performance indicators and KPI management; * Lean Six Sigma certification or experience (Green Belt or equivalent) is desirable; * Analytical, proactive profile focused on results. **Advantageous Qualifications** * Lean Six Sigma certification or experience (Green Belt or equivalent); * Knowledge of data automation and analysis tools (Python, Power BI, and VBA); **Work Schedule and Employment Model** * Working Hours: Regular business hours; * Employment Type: Temporary with high possibility of permanent conversion.
