Work environment focused on professional development Responsibilities and Duties: Provide support to customers (external) regarding questions about systems and equipment supplied by SPVix; Provide support to customers (internal) by performing software installations, configurations, technical support for computers, notebooks, printers, and other devices. Requirements and Qualifications: Technical or undergraduate studies in progress in the following fields: (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas); Experience in technical support and knowledge of computer science, networks, and telecommunications; Knowledge of electronic security and access control is considered a plus.
