So, how about wearing our jersey?\#SeleçãoSBF\#vemprasbf **Responsibilities and duties** As a **Logistics Assistant \- Inventory/Order Management**, you'll take the field with the following activities: * Update and monitor the area's performance indicators; * Measure performance of all processes together with the operational team; * Analyze and communicate with client and peer areas. * Release and control production demands from physical and digital channels, including inventory. * Analyze stock discrepancies (inventory, products, damages, NPS). * Supply data for indicators (non-conformities, class controls, productivity indicators). * Monitor Virtual Addresses. * Monitor NF's (packaging) for CD/store replenishment. * Monitor discrepancies in digital operations, such as shortages, damages, RFID discrepancies. * Extract, process and feed reports. * Perform various administrative tasks. * Maintain daily information through various communication channels (email, WhatsApp, phone calls, etc...). * Track, verify and create order documents for physical and digital channels. * Populate internal control spreadsheets; * Interact with other areas to present data, indicators and resolve conflicts. * Provide relevant support and information to direct and indirect management (coordinators and managers). * Sort, verify and distribute documents and data; * Register NFs and schedules respecting monthly planning guidelines. * Verify invoices and payment bills; * Identify irregularities in daily demands. * Verify and calculate production and receiving plan capacities, following each operational area's rules. * Submit assessments for management review. * Preserve information, documents, reports and databases with proper archiving, organized and with quick access when needed. * Prepare reports, forms and spreadsheets: Collect data; create calculation sheets; produce organizational charts, flowcharts and timelines; perform calculations; draft emails; provide operational support for technical manuals development. * Provide administrative and technical support in operational areas: Control supplies; assess material needs; request materials; purchase material requests; verify requested materials; arrange return of out-of-specification materials; distribute materials to departments; control dispatch of supplies; research prices; liaise with client and purchasing departments. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need for this position in the game:** * Ongoing or completed higher education in Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related fields; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office Suite for analysis and controls.
