If you enjoy teamwork, focus on results, and wish to grow within the railway sector, this position may be ideal for you! **Responsibilities** * Perform shunting operations including train formation, uncoupling, and reorganization. * Ensure safety throughout all operational processes. * Conduct visual inspections and operational checks on freight cars and locomotives to verify compliance with technical standards. * Carry out coupling/uncoupling procedures, radio communication, and railway signaling. * Support operational workflow to enhance transportation efficiency and punctuality. * Strictly adhere to operational safety regulations, protocols, and procedures. **Software and Systems Requirements** * Intermediate Office Suite (especially Excel for operational controls and recordkeeping). * Railway management system (preferred): familiarity with internal platforms for railway operations, reporting, or monitoring. **Experience and Technical Knowledge** * Prior experience in the railway sector is preferred. * Basic knowledge of operational rules, railway signaling, and safety procedures. * Experience in logistics operations, transportation, or railway shunting is desirable. * Ability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions. **Education** * Completed high school education. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM * Friday: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance (R$ 1.090,00) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Corporate University * Wellhub Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$4.597,46 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Education allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
