After all, it's 100% Brazilian and made by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Work at sales points, carrying out restocking, organization, cleaning of shelves, and placement of Ypê products in strategic locations, aiming to boost sales. * Approach consumers to increase direct sales and disseminate knowledge about Ypê products, providing technical information about the products to consumers and clarifying their doubts. * Execute campaigns, ensuring customer understanding and engagement with MPDV (merchandising materials) activations and creative setups of additional endcaps, according to the company's strategy. * Promote practical actions to enhance the company (its values and brand), spreading best execution practices and strengthening relationships with customers to ensure successful negotiation implementation. * Restock products, prioritizing items with higher stockout rates, following the Execution Guide instructions, and price them accordingly. * Conduct cross-merchandising activations, displaying products according to consumption occasions. * Monitor sales points, conducting daily mobile execution surveys and reporting to the immediate supervisor competitor activities, new launches, MPDVs, campaigns, among others, gathering information for the company's decision-making. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School; * Experience as a sales promoter in the consumer goods segment is desirable. **Worth mentioning:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Additional information** **See what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Medical and dental insurance. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Food allowance. * Profit Sharing Plan (PPR). * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
