Job Summary: Performs semi-skilled production activities, assisting in assembly, packaging, and organization, following instructions and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work with technologies and innovations Perform activities related to the production department, mainly simple and semi-skilled tasks, always observing instructions from the immediate supervisor; Assist in the selection and packaging of parts, products, and materials, performing visual inspection, separating them from the batch, and forwarding them for scrap; Assist in assembly and, occasionally, operate simple machines, participating in processing, feeding, and adjustments to provide effective support; Transport materials, products, and parts from one’s machine and/or department to other production processes to supply production lines; Prepare materials and supply production lines; Assemble and test basic components of production lines; Perform product packaging and labeling; Carry out cabinet assembly and disassembly, as well as component industrialization; Collect, select, transport, compact, and store recyclable materials to maintain area organization; Verify that materials to be used in the production process comply with specifications; Perform pre-assembly of boards, component programming, pre-tests, and functional board tests; Inspect received materials and register them via system to enable traceability and identification; Perform other related and inherent duties; Comply with the company’s quality policy; Comply with the company’s rules and procedures; Comply with safety practices, accident prevention, and environmental risk mitigation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare materials and supply designated workstations; Perform pre-assembly of some parts on the production line; Identify possible non-conformities and report them to the responsible area manager; Material handling (returns and scrap); Move materials (products between processes); Select, compact, and store recyclable materials; Package products and accessories; Perform inspections and review potential visible defects; Label products according to specifications; Perform tasks in accordance with the "Work Instruction"; Organize and clean the workplace; Carry out component industrialization. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education **Additional Information** **Quality of Life** Health and dental insurance plans Zenklub: health and wellness platform, including psychological support Wellhub (formerly Gympass) Cafeteria Childcare allowance and Maternity Kit AABB Club (Brazilian Bank Athletic Association) – extended to dependents, spouse (or partner), and children. **Career and Education** Discounts at Universidade Positivo (UP) – for employees and dependents Saber Mais: Professional Development Portal Discounts at Colégio Positivo for employees’ children **Finance** Profit-sharing plan (PPR) Good Card: benefit accepted at over 130,000 establishments Life insurance Payroll-deducted loan Private pension plan **Transportation** Transportation allowance. **Exclusive Discounts** Positivo Partner: website offering discounts on our products *“Almost all of the world’s leading technology giants were born in garages.
