Adapt teaching content and materials to students' needs **Description** Provide specialized pedagogical support to students with clinical reports and specific educational needs, implementing inclusive and individualized teaching strategies that foster academic development and effective participation in the school environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** Participate in the analysis of clinical reports and anamneses forwarded by the School Orientation and Educational Support Service (SOEP), jointly with the Pedagogical Coordination. Conduct individualized support sessions for students with specific needs, as stipulated in the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP). Support the development, implementation, and review of the IEP, documenting applied pedagogical strategies. Produce periodic pedagogical progress reports for each student. Plan and implement specific pedagogical interventions, either in person or via the resource room. Adapt teaching content, materials, and assessments according to each student’s profile and needs. Collaborate with the Pedagogical Coordination, SOEP, and regular teachers in developing specific assessments for students requiring greater adaptations. Continuously assess the academic performance of supported students and propose supportive pedagogical actions. Record all support sessions. Attend pedagogical meetings, training sessions, and family support sessions when requested. Maintain constant communication with regular teachers, coordination staff, and other multidisciplinary team professionals. Refer, when necessary, suggestions for complementary support (e.g., speech therapist, psychologist, neurologist, psychiatrist) to the Pedagogical Coordination and/or SOEP. Uphold confidentiality, ethics, and empathetic care throughout all support sessions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Full undergraduate degree in Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Special Education, or related fields, with specialization in Special Education
