As a sales representative, you will be responsible for contacting prospective students who have already expressed interest in enrolling in one of our courses. This outreach will be conducted via phone calls, WhatsApp, or social media. Your role is to change lives through professional qualification. Experience in proactive customer prospecting is a plus. Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. However, rest assured—you will receive all the training and support you need. Additionally, you must be sociable, communicative, dynamic, and possess positive energy and vibrancy to connect effectively with prospective students and team members. With over 150 units and 30 courses available, we operate nationwide. **Compensation and Benefits** Base salary \+ commission \+ incentives \+ bonus \+ meal allowance \+ mobility allowance Fixed salary (formal employment): R$1\.621,00 Initial compensation: R$2\.800 to R$4\.000 (base \+ performance). Meal allowance: R$200,00\.
