Learn more about PepsiCo: PepsiCoJobs Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Responsible for performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities on electromechanical equipment and systems in the coconut water production unit, ensuring safe, continuous, and efficient operation of process lines and aseptic packaging systems. Work closely with production, quality, and utilities teams, ensuring compliance with EHS, quality, and technical performance standards according to internal policies and food industry regulations. Expected Deliverables: Ensure equipment availability and reliability above 95%; Complete preventive and predictive maintenance plans according to schedule; Zero accidents and safety deviations during maintenance activities; Support the production team in reducing unplanned downtime and efficiency losses (TE – True Efficiency); Contribute to improvement plans and productivity enhancement projects; Accurately record and close maintenance orders within the established SLA. **Your Impact** Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on industrial equipment (pumps, valves, centrifuges, heat exchangers, aseptic fillers, among others); Conduct routine inspections and technical records in the maintenance system (SAP/Maximo), identifying anomalies and proposing corrective actions; Support the implementation and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, ensuring asset availability and reliability; Replace electrical components and instrumentation, interpreting electrical and pneumatic diagrams; Provide technical support to production during planned shutdowns, startups, and line adjustments; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices (GMP, FSSC 22000, AIB, ISO 45001 and 14001\); Perform fault diagnosis (troubleshooting) and propose reliability improvements on equipment; Participate in loss analysis meetings and performance action plans (MOTOR\+, TPM, RCA); Maintain organization and care of tools and work areas, ensuring adherence to 5S and safety standards; Support automation and continuous improvement projects in the production process. Qualifications: **Who We Are Looking For?** Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; Previous experience in the food and/or beverage industry, preferably with UHT aseptic processes or sterile packaging; Knowledge of PLCs, electrical panels, instrumentation, pneumatics, and hydraulics; Desirable knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and autonomous maintenance tools; Ability to work in a high-demand environment with focus on safety and quality.
