Job Description: * Completed High School Education * Preferred experience: 7 to 12 months Harvest Season * Operate centrifugal pumps, agitators, and lime dissolution tanks via the control panel; * Dose lime to achieve the concentration specified in the standard procedure, ensuring proper liming of juice and maintaining pH within the range indicated by the standard process procedure; * Clean equipment in the liming area to prevent pipeline blockages; * Assist in unloading lime; * Monitor the quality of raw materials used in the juice treatment process; immediately notify the area supervisor upon detecting any anomalies; * Operate filters, vacuum pumps, filtered juice pumps, hot water pumps, bagasse conveyor motors, and mixer motors via the control panel to perform sludge filtration, separating filter cake from juice that will return to sugar production; * Adjust filter valves according to standard operating procedures; * Read the vacuum gauge and control inches of mercury to conduct filtrations per standard requirements; * Ensure proper operation of heaters and clarifiers by continuously monitoring temperature (maintained between 102°C and 105°C), clarity (assessed by juice color analysis), and Brix; * Control sludge volume directed to the filter using decanter valves to avoid juice and sludge waste; * Prepare chemical solutions and inject them into the process via pumps to regulate juice clarification; * Control juice flow rate by operating control valves according to standard operating procedures; * Program washing time on the interface—per supervisor instructions—to separate sugar from molasses, and program drying time for sugar during centrifugal mass processing; * Manually add water to the mass and return it to sugar production for reprocessing; * Remove tube scaling from evaporators and vacuum systems and seal valves to maintain evaporators and vacuum systems; * Perform external cleaning of equipment using a water hose; * Maintain the work area in perfect hygienic and clean condition through sweeping and washing; * Comply with safety regulations by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and safeguard the environment, workplace organization, and station preservation; * Ensure product quality complies with quality control standards; * Perform other related duties within the scope of responsibility. Off-Season * Dismantle and reassemble equipment; * Assist Mechanical Maintenance and Boiler Shop activities as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Maintain the work area in perfect hygienic and clean condition; * Comply with safety regulations by wearing appropriate PPE, and safeguard the environment, workplace organization, and station preservation; * Ensure product quality complies with quality control standards; * Perform other related duties within the scope of responsibility. 2512130202201917332
